What’s in store?

Throughout the Regional Week, visitors to EXPO will be invited into the world of Podkarpackie culture:

Music & Performances:

Tołhaje with Carpathian sounds, NEMNO Theatre with expressive puppetry, TeatrO with illusion and form theatre, Classical music recitals by Jadwiga Skwierz-Sakakibara (soprano) & Keiho Sakakibara (piano).

Family workshops:

hands-on activities in illusion and movement, puppet animation, and traditional crafts such as paper art and plant-based compositions.

Exhibition highlight:

the glass artefact “Podkarpackie – the right direction”, crafted at the Sabina Artistic Glassworks in Rymanów. It symbolically unites the Bieszczady Mountains, the San River, and the region’s forests—pointing the way toward nature, quality of life, and sustainable growth.

On 1 October, during Poland Day, we will officially inaugurate the Podkarpackie Regional Week with an artistic program and the concert “Chopin for the World”, setting the stage for the entire week’s celebration.
